The role:We are looking for someone that wants more than just a job. You will be responsible for service, staffing, food, reporting and financial systems. You will recruit, train and manage staff - with a focus on delivering a WOW service to our guests, every time. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.What are we looking for

Experience as a manager in a fast casual restaurant brand highly preferred
Passion for delivering exceptional service to customers
A motivated person that really wants to grow with the business
Positive, energetic with an ability to train and mentor staff to achieve their best
Proactive, with an ability to make decisions on the go
Understand the importance of following P'nut operational standards to ensure the vision & values are retained across all stores
Excellent organisational, communication & people skills
Personable and real - confident making community connections & keen to make a difference
