- You will be one of the key account managers and client partners for the Defence Force Recruiting client.
- Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables and ensures these deliverables are ready for client presentation/approval
- Works in conjunction with agency resourcing to ensure projects are scheduled and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensures conference reports and/or meeting notes are completed and distributed to clients and all relevant stakeholders
- Initiates/drafts scope documents and works with team to secure client approval
- Helps manage briefs and debriefs in conjunction with the Account Director or Group Account Director
- Initiates projects within the agency, following agency processes and systems
- Collaborates with other agency partners to ensure goals and deadlines are met
- Builds financial management skills, including preparation of billing and monthly projections in conjunction with the Account Director or Group Account Director
- Actively participates in key client meetings and VML presentations
- Proactively seeks and sustains knowledge of client's business, industry and competition
- Flawless project management capability
- Ability to understand the client business issues and translate this into clear briefs for the team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow up to ensure projects stay on track.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to manage client expectations
- Strong problem solving ability
- Works effectively with a variety of internal teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Identifies growth and incremental opportunities in conjunction with the Account Director/Group Account Director
- Actively contributes to team and department culture
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Two to five years' experience in an advertising, digital or inhouse agency
- Demonstrates a passion for marketing and advertising
- Demonstrates a proactive approach and consistently takes initiative.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills. Keynote skills desirable.
- Interest in growing technology and digital knowledge
- Ability to deliver campaigns across multiple channels including traditional media channels and digital.
