Job Description:We are now looking for a Facility Maintenance & Asset Manager to join our highly skilled, QTMP team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager - Torbanlea, you will be responsible for supporting the design review, and developing and implementing the ongoing maintenance strategy for the equipment at the Torbanlea Manufacturing Facility. You will be accountable for:

Ensuring maintenance plans are delivered on time & in line with project milestones & stakeholder requirements
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and various internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring the maintenance plan is proactively followed, including planning maintenance activities
Managing a small team (as required)

This is a fulltime, permanent role, based on the Fraser Coast, QLD. Occasional travel to Brisbane will be a requirement of the role until mid 2025.About You:

5+ years relevant experience in asset management
Experience in managing a large site involving critical plant and equipment
Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical field
Strong people management/mentoring skills and collaborative approach to work
Sound knowledge and effective use of BIM (Building Information Modelling)
Familiarity with building regulations and standards including Facility Management Standards and AS3000
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
