This is a permanent full-time opportunity that includes a hybrid working model of days spent at our head office in Alexandria as well as the option to work from home.As the Digital Campaign Manager, you are responsible for managing, implementing, and reporting against our digital marketing and campaign activity that is aimed at engaging our community, generating new opportunities, and positioning GenesisCare as a leader in the oncology sector across Australia. The role will require Adobe CMS content management, management of our Google Ads and other paid digital media (i.e. social, display, affiliate, EDMs), campaign and insights reporting, supporting regional sales teams with email and automation campaigns and social media management including moderation and community engagement.We’re looking for a self-starter with a can-do attitude that is inquisitive and passionate about digital and growth marketing. You’ll be good at problem solving and understand how to use technology to help deliver a solutionMore specifically, you will:
  • Digital campaign strategy: drive engagement and acquisition across digital channels targeting patients (D2C) and referring doctors (B2B).
  • Website: manage website updates, work with stakeholders to collect content and appropriate sign off, help drive the website optimisation working with external developers.
  • Campaign and content optimisation: deliver insights and utilise tools such as Adobe Target to drive personalisation, AB testing and performance improvement of campaigns and content.
  • Working with the SEO manager and agency to make SEO & SEM improvements that drive online traffic & acquisitions:
  • SEO: optimising website pages including updating meta information, tagging, keywords optimisation plus external link building to increase search ranking and traffic.
  • SEM: campaign planning, updates, organising content, collecting data and reporting insights.
  • Paid digital campaigns: implement and manage campaigns across a number of digital channels and markets (e.g. social media, Google Ads, performance and HCP industry).
  • Drive social media activity and engagement across the business profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & GMB) developing organic and paid strategy, content planning and curation.
  • Community management, monitoring and moderating social media channels, ensuring legal compliance, creating conversations, and replying to comments.
  • Analyse marketing and campaign data and creating monthly insight reports for use across the business.
  • Share up-to-date knowledge on current digital marketing trends including content, social and SEM with the broader business to assist with local activity and digital optimisation.
  • Seeking out proactive opportunities for digital marketing channels/publishers to help achieve campaign KPI’s.
​We’re interested in hearing from people who:
  • Have 4+ years’ digital marketing experience.
  • Are experienced with Google Ads.
  • Are experienced in social (paid and organic) and community management.
  • Have working knowledge of AEM CMS, CRM systems, social media platforms, Adobe or Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience considered equivalent.
  • Healthcare industry experience desirable, however not necessary.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding and passion for digital marketing.
  • Possess the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Have stakeholder management skills.
  • Are confident to work within a team or independently.
  • Show an understanding of legal compliance regulations (Ahpra, TGA, ACL)
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Are proactive, highly motivated, and collaborative team player.
