$34.17 to $46.26 per hourAbout the roleAs a Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care for patients within the scope of practice. This position will provide care to all patients across all settings within EDMH, whilst achieving and maintaining high standards of care and service, reliability and safety, upholding and fulfilling the organisation’s vision, mission and valueKey Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care to patients including assessment, intervention and evaluation.
- Undertakes clinical shifts at the direction of senior staff and the Director of Nursing.
- Participates in ward rounds/case reviews/clinical meetings.
- Educates patients/carers in post discharge management and organises discharge summaries/referrals to other services.
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidenced based nursing care.
- Competence in planning, coordination and decision making within the relevant practice setting.
- Ability to function within team.
- Will be excellent communicators with a sound understanding/knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Standards and Quality outcomes.

- Essential : Do you hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)? Please detail your registration number.
