About the jobWorley is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Commercial Managers who have worked on large scale public infrastructure projects (1.5 billion +). You will partner closely with our client to procure a preferred EPC Contractor who will ultimately deliver on the project scope. Oversee the procurement process for the selection of the EPC Contractor, including dual / competitive ECI process.
Report on project cost and risk.
Manage the project forecast.
Be responsible for Head EPC Contract Administration.
Provide leadership in the resolution of contractual issues.
Manage internal and external legal resources.
Act as the key point of contact on commercial and contract compliance matters.
The Commercial group comprising, risk, procurement and project controls teams.

What you’ll bring

Senior level experience with Commercial Management roles on major infrastructure projects.
Have a proactive approach to managing risk.
Experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contract matters.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.
Be self-motivated, self-starter and have a solution driven approach.
