At our Welshpool office, you'll find a collaborative and friendly environment where your skills will shine from Monday to Friday.As the Office Accounts Administrator, you'll not only manage administrative tasks but also delve into bookkeeping responsibilities, showcasing your organizational prowess and time management skills.   • Issue and review invoices, purchase orders as instructed;
  • Maintain and review payroll in Australia and Canada;
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations;
  • Monitor Cash Flow and report to finance;
  • Update accounts receivable, debtors and creditor accounts for the business on Xero;
  • Maintain a customer database and update customer information as needed;
  • Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately (Digitally);
  • Manage accounts payable and make payments as required;
  • Manage and maintain governance of expenses;
  • Compose regular correspondence with customers and suppliers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and positive communication;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Facility administration.
What you will bring
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a commercial or sales environment;
  • Strong proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite);
  • Experience with Xero platform is desirable;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members;
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance, with a demonstrated ability to enforce protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness.
