- Issue and review invoices, purchase orders as instructed;
- Maintain and review payroll in Australia and Canada;
- Perform Bank Reconciliations;
- Monitor Cash Flow and report to finance;
- Update accounts receivable, debtors and creditor accounts for the business on Xero;
- Maintain a customer database and update customer information as needed;
- Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately (Digitally);
- Manage accounts payable and make payments as required;
- Manage and maintain governance of expenses;
- Compose regular correspondence with customers and suppliers;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and positive communication;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
- Facility administration.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a commercial or sales environment;
- Strong proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite);
- Experience with Xero platform is desirable;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members;
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance, with a demonstrated ability to enforce protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness.
