Whether it’s working with a large multinational or a small community NFP, we value the work we do and the impact it has for our clients.Your Next Role:As a Director, you will lead the delivery of our most complex projects with a broad range of clients across the health industry. You will direct a specialist team of consultants through your experience, drawing on years of consulting or major program delivery. You are passionate about the use of digital technology to improve outcomes for the consumers our clients serve.You will have significant leadership responsibilities for the effective running of the business and provide oversight and direction to the growing team. There are opportunities to lead a geography and/or sector within healthcare.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Directing the development of high-quality client project proposals from investigation through pursuit and into successful delivery
Directing the delivery of client projects ensuring high-quality deliverables, managing risk mitigation and instructing the team on relevant methodologies and solutions
Initiating and maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders to take the lead in building several target client accounts
Providing a significant contribution to business strategy, operations and people development to support the continued growth of the business

RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring to the Digivate Health Team:

Extensive experience in senior leadership positions with a strong reputation in the market
Expertise in navigating complex and technical aspects of end-to-end project delivery, from strategising to implementation, while overseeing the entire project lifecycle
Consulting experience on strategic projects and account leadership within the Health industry would be advantageous
Extensive and well-established networks within the healthcare sector, including technical vendors and key players in the industry
An entrepreneurial nature coupled with a profound enthusiasm for nurturing a thriving team and business
Proficiency in effectively influencing executives and senior leaders within medium to large-sized organisations
Confident in pitching and successfully securing projects, including presenting our service offerings to both prospective and existing clients
Able to identify emerging market opportunities and devising innovative solutions that empower clients to attain their strategic objectives
