Reporting into the Financial Controller, this is an end-to-end accounting role. THE ROLE

General ledger, balance sheet, intercompany loans and bank reconciliations across development entities
Month end and Year End reporting
Entering and coding journal entries
Preparation of monthly and quarterly BAS for development entities
Budgeting and forecasting project costs against commitments
Assisting AP team in reviewing all invoices prior to being processed
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

THE PERSON

Experience with BAS, balance sheets and journals is essential
Ideally exposure to property is highly preferably
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred but not essential
Ability to build strong relationships internal and external stakeholders
