Be part of the dynamic, fast paced and supportive Rapid Access Hub or Intensive Care Unit at Werribee Mercy Hospital.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a passionate and motivated administrative officers to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Team or Rapid Access Hub (RAH) who understand the importance of high-quality administrative support and person centred care in a dynamic environment.Summary of the role:The role is responsible for the efficient operation of the administrative and reception duties in the areas. The ICU role will also provide support to the Level 4 Medical Ward as required. You will provide support to other team members and actively participate in key activities of Werribee Mercy Hospital.Intensive Care Unit
  • 0.84 EFT (9 shifts per fortnight)
  • 32 hours Permanent - day shifts (8 hours)
  • 32 hours Fixed term contract until 31 July 2024
  • Day shifts and 4 hour afternoon shifts
Rapid Access Hub
  • 0.42 EFT
  • Fixed term contract until 30 June 2025
  • Afternoon shifts
  • HS1 classification
  • This role also requires flexibility to working hours/days as there may be occasions to change shifts to cover leave
ABOUT YOU:
  • Experience working in customer facing, faced paced and dynamic environment (essential)
  • Experience working as an admin officer on the wards (desirable)
  • Strong person centred focus and excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with iPM or similar patient management systems (desirable)
  • Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills.
  • A motivated and “can-do” attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
