- This role also requires flexibility to working hours/days as there may be occasions to change shifts to cover leave
- Experience working in customer facing, faced paced and dynamic environment (essential)
- Experience working as an admin officer on the wards (desirable)
- Strong person centred focus and excellent conflict resolution skills
- Experience with iPM or similar patient management systems (desirable)
- Demonstrated administrative and, Microsoft Office skills.
- A motivated and “can-do” attitude with the ability to learn quickly and go the extra mile
