Job Description:About the RoleCiveo Australia are looking for an experienced and passionate Health & Wellness Coordinators to join our remote site-based team on a FIFO basis from Adelaide or Port Augusta. The role is a 9 days on and 5 days off, lifestyle friendly roster.This is a customer service focused role, where you will be responsible for developing, implementing & engaging health and wellbeing programs that provide a range of opportunities for residents to achieve physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological wellbeing.This newly created roles will have the ability to contribute to the overall health and wellbeing program and shape the direction of the program at a site level.What's in it for you?

About You
Ideally, you will have:
  • Minimum of Cert III and IV in Fitness or a University degree in Exercise Physiology, Human Movement, Sports Science, or similar allied health
  • Minimum 6+ months FIFO or DIDO experience on a camp or mine site environment in a similar role
  • A passion for physical and mental health and wellbeing
  • A focus on customer service, engagement, and willingness to put yourself out there
  • A high level of written skill, including report writing
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • The ability to manage your own workloads
  • Great computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Highly Desirable Criteria
  • Additional university qualifications in health promotion, nutrition, physical education or similar
  • Additional qualifications in group fitness
  • Experience in developing and working with rehabilitation programs for injured workers
As the HLC, you'll be responsible for;
  • Supporting the development of and implementing health and wellbeing programs/initiatives
  • Promoting lifestyle events at site that drive resident engagement
  • Monitor, manage and maintain all gym facilities and equipment
  • Deliver group fitness classes
  • Deliver prestart stretching
  • Conduct health assessments and prescribe individualised health plans where appropriate
  • Conduct gym screening assessments and manage gym databases
  • Create and deliver educational seminars for residents and Civeo staff
  • Follow communication and reporting processes as outlined by management
Mobilisation RequirementsSuccessful candidates will need to complete a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, a national police check, hold a manual Australian driver's license. Hold current certificates or willing to obtain Senior First Aid and CPR.The application & onboarding process {2-4 weeks}:
