We have a long heritage of bringing innovation and expertise, continuously working to contribute to the growth of society and our customers.We are looking for an SAP Reporting Lead for 15 months who will be responsible for overseeing and driving the SAP reporting stream for APAC.As Fujitsu move towards streamlining several of our key global business systems, we are looking for an individual to come onboard and understand the current reporting needs and requirements of the APAC region and ensure the successful delivery of APACs SAP reporting requirements aligned to the global solution.To succeed in this role, youll need to leverage your strong data, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, youll need to successfully juggle multiple deliverables in a high paced and complex project environment. Given the regional and global aspects of the modernisation, you will need to work closely with teams across the APAC region and headquarters based in Japan.Furthermore this role will see you:
  • Lead the reporting and analytics stream for APAC as part of a global ERP (SAP) transformation program:
  • Work with our Director of Business Intelligence to define Fujitsu regional reporting strategy and ensure we are aligned with the global strategy
  • Work with the program streams to analyse as is reporting and design the to be reports based on the solution design.
  • Work closely with the project mgmt. office to define /manage schedule, resourcing, risk, issues, actions, and decisions for the reporting stream
  • Liaise closely with the global reporting and analytics team
To be successful in this role we are looking for:
  • Led reporting and/or analytics stream in large ERP projects (SAP S/4HANA based) in a high pace program environment
  • Previous experience balancing multiple priorities at the same time across various stakeholders onshore and offshore.
  • Good understanding of modelling (SAP S/4 HANA and SAP BW4HANA) and reporting capabilities around Embedded Analytics (SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Good understanding of Data warehousing / Data Lake concepts (data pipelines, data modelling etc), preferably in AWS
  • Experience understanding reporting requirements within Finance and Control, Sales and Distribution, Procurement and Logistics.
  • Experience in designing and developing dashboards. Ideally having built dashboards in the past and coaching and support a junior team would be beneficial.
  • Broader understanding of Information Management and Data Governance concepts and methods
