The division employs more than 3600 team members.What you'll do:As a Pharmacy Business Leader, you will be pivotal in pinpointing growth opportunities and providing essential direction to our Pharmacy Franchise Partners. Leveraging your expertise in business acumen and financial analysis, you'll craft tailored business strategies, optimise operations, and bolster profitability. Collaborating closely with the NSW/ACT State Manager, you'll receive guidance and support to align with Wesfarmers Health's objectives and the Pharmacy Leadership Program (PLP), ultimately driving tangible advancements in our Franchise network's success and financial performance.This position involves supporting approximately 17 stores in the ACT and western NSW region.What you'll bring:

Demonstrated in-depth multi-site retail industry experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in franchising, preferred FMCG retailer
Retail Pharmacy Franchise experience advantageous
Proven track record of successfully working with business owners/managers across multiple sites to drive business improvement programs.
Demonstrated success in developing a high level of customer experience/satisfaction in collaboration with business owners/managers.
Strong ability to cultivate a high-performance team culture in partnership with business owners/managers across multiple sites.
