Typical duties include:driving a comprehensive discovery processproviding mentoring supports within open employment workplaces (both individually and in small groups)coordinating job skills development and assessmentsmanaging and supervising employment preparation tasksoverseeing job searching and job creationfacilitating post placement supports once a job has been securedcompleting a range of administrative tasks such as file noting, assessments and reportingTo find out more about what we do - visit the following links:About YouOur ideal Employment Pathways Practitioner is an effective communicator who is committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities within the community.
