If you're a passionate leader with a heart for making a difference, we want to hear from you!About the roleAs the Facility Manager at Centennial Lodge, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the provision and delivery of high-quality person-centred care, ensuring effective clinical procedures are in place, clinical optimisation & adherence to accreditation & quality standards.
  • Ensuring documentation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a quality management system for efficient and effective management and ongoing accreditation.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders of the facility including residents, families, guests, contractors, and staff to ensure high standards of care and exceptional customer service.
About you
  • Demonstrated experience or qualifications in management in Aged Care or relevant services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills, including the ability to foster a high performing team culture and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of ANACC, including its impact on business outcomes and a sound understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
  • A passionate people leader with proven methods for leading, developing and managing staff.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
