• Plan and lead the delivery team to meet performance targets, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Innovate and provide unique recruitment solutions for the competitive renewables industry.
• Offer customized contract recruitment services to global, regional, and new business clients.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Conduct recruitment activities, including candidate selection, client communication, and negotiation of rates.
• Manage the performance of the delivery team through performance management schemes.
• Mentor and coach new team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities and pipeline for the Country Leader’s assessment.
• Implement development programs, conduct regular appraisals, and analyze performance to improve processes and increase return on investment.
