Renowned for its commitment to delivering superior products and services, the company has earned an outstanding reputation for consistently meeting the needs and expectations of consumers with the highest standards of quality.The RoleJoining their contact centre located in South Melbourne, Your role is to provide superior customer service and specialist technicial advice to customers, agents, mechanics/repairers in relation to processing complex automotive claims. This role will be ideal for a candidate with a background as warranty clerk, automotive technician, spare parts interpreter, or dealership experience.This role operates Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the possibility of working a hybrid model past induction and training periods.Duties will include:

Applying your technicial knowledge to assist in the processing of warranty claims
Liaising with dealerships and external assessors
Technical point of reference for non technical claims staff
Processing disputes via inbound/outbound calls and emails
Confirming repaiarer diagonsis including labour repair times, parts pricing and digital images.

About You

Demonstrated experience in an automotive industry
Experience working with contact centre environment or similar role (favourable)
Proficient in administration tasks
Well-developed written and verbal communication and computer skills
Great time management and problem-solving skills
