Including but not limited to: visual tags, electronic tags, tissue sampling units, applicators, and equipment or support applications related to identification.The role will assist the lead technical expert in this range within the organisation and assist with technical support for internal colleagues, sales representatives, retail partners, end user farmers and any customers where a need is identified. The role will also assist with technical contributions to marketing initiatives, facilitating farmer education campaigns and with the management of the customer complaints process.What You Will DoResponsibilities include, however not limited to:Facilitate technical customer support for the identification portfolio, to both internal and external stakeholdersFollow complaint and product failure investigation and management processes, ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting both internally, and to relevant external parties; communicate with and support end users and the sales team as required to address product complaints, ensuring a customer centric approach and a high level of customer service, including on farm visits periodically to investigate complaintsMeasure & report on complaint reports, working with internal Quality Assurance colleagues, regional and global teams to escalate and address issues as required and seek solutions or resolution; take leadership in identifying process and workflow improvement and implementation, ensuring input is received from all relevant stakeholders in relation to complaints and below expectation product performanceCo-ordinate prioritisation processes to manage technical support in a timely & efficient manner, consistently maintaining a customer centric approachBe a technical identification expert for business strategy development and contribute to strategy implementation and activities, within the Australian strategic plan, collaborating with sales and marketing functions, and the broader Technical teamDevelop technical training modules for sales, marketing and other internal teams to ensure a high level of technical knowledge internallyBuild and implement training for end users and customers, collaborating with the sales team, to provide a high level of customer understanding of the company portfolio, and a high standard of customer careWhat You Must havePrior solid and well demonstrated technical experience in animal health, livestock equipment, identification & traceability or related industriesScience based degree or similar qualification, with understanding of scientific trial design, and the ability to interpret technical dataExperience dealing with regulatory processes, or working within a regulated environment advantageousStrong understanding of agricultural industries including dairy, sheep and beef production systemsAbility to develop, document and deliver technical and training resources with the ability to impart technical knowledge with a variety of audience typesA high level of organisational skills, with flexibility & agility to move from one priority to another with ease, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressureInterpersonal effectiveness, with proven ability to collaborate and establish strong relationships and the ability to engage with all levels of employee within the businessDrive to succeed with a passion for customers and delivering a high level of customer service and satisfactionCommitment to improving customer experience at all relevant business touchpoints, and experience creating process and structure to ensure a high level of customer satisfactionExcellent professional judgement, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to act decisively using evidence-based reasoningWell-developed strategic and innovative thinking to execute organisational vision, with a focus on technical deliverablesEffect and maintain a high standard of communication and co-operation with all internal and external parties, working closely with sales, marketing, finance, other technical and operational divisions as requiredWhat You Can ExpectWork autonomously whilst being supported, encouraged and being part of a trusted Global Leading Animal Health organisationFlexibility and opening doors to other opportunities and skillsetsJoining a collaborative team of likeminded individualsWe are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
