They are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for their innovative site based in regional NSW. What will you be doing?As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our maintenance operations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of preventative maintenance plans, updating maintenance schedules, and providing administrative support for work requests and scheduling. You'll also be involved in managing maintenance stores and spares, processing goods receipted in SAP, and assisting with financial processing and reporting. Additionally, you'll support the Maintenance & Reliability Manager in preparing key reports and maintaining the MEX work order system. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance processes, ultimately helping us achieve our operational goals.What do you need?We're looking for someone around 2 years' experience in a similar position, demonstrating strong time management skills and a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft suite. Additionally, exhibit a high level of competence in utilising maintenance management systems, along with the ability to effectively identify and resolve problems. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, are essential for success. Furthermore, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are paramount, along with the capacity to cultivate strong and collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrable commitment to our clients' values:
