Led by our CEO & MD Anthony Heraghty (winner of the Australian Retail innovators 2021 Inspiring Retail Leader Award) our group purpose is to inspire our customers to make the most of their leisure time.About the role:Supercheap Auto, an iconic brand of the Super Retail Group are seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing who will be responsible for providing performance marketing thought leadership to SCA, for driving traffic to SCA's stores and to the websites through SEO and performance marketing activities and contribute to the creation of engaging content for SCA's digital channels. The role is responsible for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Performance Marketing via key channels include paid search, google shopping, affiliates, retargeting, marketplaces and paid social media.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will work closely with the Group Omni Digital Product Owners and Head of eCommerce to lead the traffic plan and deliver relevant traffic elements the Omni Digital strategy.Each day will bring something different but the key responsibilities of this role will be:

Works with the Head of Marketing and the Head of eCommerce to create and deliver digital marketing components of the Omni-Digital strategy, including the Digital Marketing budgets and traffic targets
Lead the development of the traffic plan across paid and organic search, paid social and affiliates
Work with the Marketing and Group Personalisation team to optimise organic social, email and referral traffic
Responsible for optimising traffic to SCA's stores and digital channels through optimisation of search engine results, implementing keyword strategies and monitoring their impact
Support the development, execution and optimisation of PPC strategies for SCA
Conducts keyword and competitor research to identify content and product opportunities
Monitors and reports on SEO & Performance Marketing performance against targets set in the Omni Digital strategy
Maintains team motivation and provides feedback and opportunities for team members to improve skills and work performance
Ensure ongoing development of personal skills/knowledge to enhance continuous improvement by creating and actioning personal development plans and networking activities

About You:To be successful in this role, you will be a results driven and outcome focused individual, you will also bring:

Demonstrated experience in SEO & Performance Marketing, including experience in owning a marketing budget, developing marketing strategy, and managing vendor relations
Experience in affiliate strategy development and optimisation
Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, EDM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing
Experience with integrated campaign management and digital campaign optimisation including Google Ad campaigns
Experience managing large amounts of data, with a quantitative skillset to determine effectiveness of marketing spend
The ability to lead, manage and coach the performance of teams
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or eCommerce - desired
