Committed to excellence, they deliver exceptional user experiences and remain at the forefront of the industry worldwide.ResponsibilitiesContribute to reporting and analysis efforts, including month-end reporting and profit and loss commentary, to meet corporate deadlines.Participate in preparing monthly department management reports.Record month-end journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and other related reconciliations.Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and investigate accounting or transactional discrepancies.Manage quarterly and year-end close processes, including completing draft financial reports and providing audit support.Review and refine the fixed asset process and policies, working with the business to enhance disposal and acquisition procedures.Develop and maintain procedures to ensure a strong audit trail and robust financial controls.Respect and enforce corporate governance procedures and controls.Offer assistance and guidance to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll teams.Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for the Australian entity, including reviewing monthly payroll, closing accounts monthly, and handling taxation and statutory reporting.Address financial inquiries and provide information as needed.
