We are a digital first lending platform focused on customer experience.What you’ll be doingYou’ll be leading the technologists in our Unloan Acquisition Crew: the team responsible for attracting more customers to Unloan and to convert them effectively. You’ll bring your creativity, leadership and problem solving to build a world-class digital-first acquisition platform – requiring a strong culture of experimentation and product thinking.Operate as a “mini-CTO” to shape and champion Unloan’s digital acquisition tech stack and team cultureLead the charge as a tech savvy builder, to create great customer experiences using the latest tech using GenAI, NextJS, Expo, TypeScript, GraphQL, CloudFare, all on the Azure stack – focusing on shipping value quickly.Data-driven and experimentation-lead – to help drive important decisions that shape and effective acquisition strategy.Manage the effective use of modern behavioural analytics, martech and experimentation tools (like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and LaunchDarkly)We’re interested in hearing from people who:Are expert hands-on engineers with deep experience in NextJS and/or Expo, TypeScript, GraphQL and CloudFlare.Have expertise in working on or have delivered a GenAI chat experience.Have strong engineering foundations in testing, security, architecture, and robust design, and are excited to build, lead, and shape high-performing teams who learn, collaborate, innovate, and grow to have a large positive impact even in a challenging regulated environment.Are product-minded technology-leaders who are skilled at balancing stakeholder interests, strategic value, and customer outcomes.Have strong team leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of building collaborative, high-performing engineering teams.Are persistent, demonstrate grit and a can-do attitude to solving some of the biggest challenges facing the business.If you thrive on the rapidly advancing world of emerging tech, continuous learning and strategic agility – then we’ll give you the platform to leverage state-of-the-art tools and insights to solve real-world challenges.Working with usOur people bring their diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives to build a respectful, inclusive, and flexible workplace.
