Chiller Technician

Working within a specialist HVAC service team, you will:
- Carry out preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and repairs on a range of commercial and industrial chiller systems.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, refrigerant, and electrical faults, replacing or repairing components as needed.
- Perform system performance checks and adjustments.
- Maintain service records, prepare job reports, and liaise with coordinators and clients.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and energy-efficiency improvements.
- For supervisors: support a field team, coordinate works, provide technical guidance, and ensure quality and safety compliance while still remaining on the tools.
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and valid ARCtick licence.
- Proven experience with large-scale commercial chillers, OEM experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
