This full-time, permanent position is based in our conveniently located Perth CBD office. As a key member of our healthcare division, you'll be responsible for:
- Scheduling and managing temporary healthcare staff across public and private facilities
- Coordinating shift requests and ensuring all bookings are filled efficiently
- Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Ensuring compliance with industry and internal standards
- Handling day-to-day rostering enquiries and resolving booking challenges
- Supporting the team with recruitment insights and feedback
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, organisation, and a client-first mindset to the role. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in healthcare scheduling, rostering, or coordination
- Strong administration and systems skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
