What You’ll Be DoingAs a Gaming Attendant, your role is to create a welcoming and safe environment while delivering top-tier service to every guest. Your day-to-day will include:Providing professional and friendly customer service in the gaming room, bar, and loungeOperating gaming machines and assisting patrons with payouts and minor technical issuesServing food and beverages (including coffee and alcohol) with a focus on speed and qualityHandling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securelyAssisting with accommodation guest check-ins and phone enquiriesKeeping the gaming area clean, organised, and compliant with regulationsPromoting responsible gambling and ensuring a safe and respectful environmentSupporting team members and contributing to a positive team cultureFollowing RSA and WHS procedures at all times About YouYou’re reliable, friendly, and have a can-do attitude with a passion for great service. You’ll thrive in a team setting, be confident with customers, and love being part of the action in a busy hospitality venue.We’re looking for someone who has:A warm, approachable personality with strong communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to multitaskBasic knowledge of gaming machines (or a willingness to learn)The ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidaysConfidence in handling cash and working in fast-paced environmentsFlexibility, initiative, and a team-first mindsetEssential:
