Reporting to the Finance Manager you will play a vital role in maintaining financial operations including:

Accurately record, reconcile and analyse incoming payments against outstanding customer invoices
Manage comprehensive customer account communications and maintain detailed account records
Proactively coordinate with customers to ensure timely collection of overdue accounts and implement effective recovery strategies
Evaluate new customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits to minimise financial exposure
Investigate account discrepancies, resolve billing disputes, and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the process
Contribute to month-end reporting processes and provide accurate receivables data for management review
Identify opportunities to enhance collection procedures while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Undertake additional finance-related projects and provide support across the broader finance team as required

To be considered for this role you will have at least 3-4 years' experience working in accounts receivable, ideally within a fast pace, high volume, large organisation.
