Our mission is to help more people to hear.CHANGE COACHCoach Global Owners and Operating Leads on the change management, communication, training strategy and execution for an enterprise-wide transformation program to deliver scalable foundations for Cochlear’s future growth.The OpportunityCochlear has an opportunity for a Change Coach based in our Macquarie Park, Sydney Office. In this role, the successful candidate will set the strategic direction on change relating to a global, enterprise-wide transformation program to establish scalable operational foundations to underpin Cochlear’s ambitious growth strategy. The Change Coach will upskill key senior leaders and the broader transformation program team on change management practices required to deliver business benefits and change across end to end (“E2E”) processes.The scope of the transformation program includes:
  • Implementing consistent and scalable ways of working and operating model across Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement and Logistics functions
  • Empowering and equipping Global Owners, Delivery Directors, Sub owners and people managers to play a strong role in change management and leading their people
  • New ERP Implementation
  • Establishing foundations to underpin simple, consistent and global processes and effective data management
Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing the Change Management Plan
  • Identifying, developing and facilitating Capability and Training Needs to equip senior leaders, Delivery Directors and people managers to lead this change program
  • Developing and delivering a Communications Plan to support engagement of key stakeholders
  • Project Management and Resource Management

  • Demonstrated successful track record in coaching leaders to effectively lead change
  • Prior successful delivery of large scale (preferably global), organisational transformation programs, including operating model and ways of working which required shifts in mindsets, beliefs and behaviour
  • Information systems project implementations and change impact of these on the organisation(s)
  • Best practice change and communications approaches and demonstrated outcome
  • Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, ERP transformation experience
  • Best practice change and communications approaches and demonstrated outcome
  • Strong communication, presentations and facilitation skills
  • Able to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • A team player and able to work with and through others
  • Experience working with agile methodology and way of working will be well regarded
