
Retention Specialist – Donor Campaigns & Loyalty

- Deliver donor retention campaigns (appeals, newsletters, surveys, bequest comms)
- Manage donor servicing touchpoints-welcome letters, receipting, inbox support
- Implement automated donor journeys and decline recovery strategies
- Coordinate donor milestone celebrations and thank you touchpoints
- Support Giving Day and loyalty initiatives
- Analyse donor behaviour and report on retention KPIs
- Collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and data teams to deliver seamless donor experiences
- 2+ years in fundraising, marketing, or donor engagement (or transferable experience)
- Experience managing direct mail and digital campaigns
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with fundraising databases (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and donor-first mindset
