The University of Southern Queensland’s Residential Colleges are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team in a casual capacity. You must hold a Blue Card or be willing to get one.As a Cleaner you will:
- Perform routine and detailed cleaning of student residential areas, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and offices
- Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues as required
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Minimum of 12 months professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to obtain a valid Blue Card and Police Check if successful
- Uniform provided
- Supportive, friendly work environment
