
Accounts Payable Officer

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transactions
- Monitor and maintain the accounts payable inbox, ensuring queries and invoices are addressed promptly
- Review and validate all incoming documents through internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and execute payments (EFT, BPAY, etc.) in line with schedules and policies
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting requirements
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support continuous improvement of AP processes and controls
- 2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines
- Experience with finance systems
