The RoleReporting to the maintenance supervisor on your crew you will enjoy working in a close-knit team of 7 mobile plant maintenance trades people and be responsible for the following duties;-

Workshop - servicing, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, major component change outs, general repairs, fault finding & diagnostics
Field (when competent) - breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics
Machinery - UG mining trucks, boggers, drills, IT's, charge up equipment, spraymechs

The Roster

7 days on 7 days off; 7 nights on 7 days off
Wednesday to Tuesday roster pattern
12-hour shifts

Your ValueYou will come from a trade qualification in diesel mechanics or light vehicle mechanics, backed with the following skills and attributes;-

All round abilities in the workshop working on diesel machinery
Heavy vehicles, ag/ forestry or earthmoving machinery experience (essential)
A keen eagerness to learn and forward your skills in the mining sector
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
An excellent attitude towards work
Safety first mentality
