- Support procurement activities including vendor engagement, sourcing, quotation/tender processes, contract negotiation, and execution of low to medium risk procurement.
- Maintain and update the central contract and procurement registers, ensuring accuracy, compliance with policies, and alignment with Capital Works and operational requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and KPIs, providing reporting and feedback to stakeholders to support improvements.
- Administer and provide user support for the contractor management system (e.g. Rapid Global) and procurement functions in TechOne, including catalogues, pricing, and inventory records.
- Act as the first point of contact for procurement and commercial enquiries, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and escalating issues where necessary.
- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain management, commerce, or other business-related studies or equivalent experience
- Membership of a procurement or commerce related profession (e.g. CIPS, the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) – Desirable
- Proven ability to negotiate, coordinate, and manage contracts with a strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance.
- Skilled in strategic thinking, financial analysis, and process optimisation with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders through strong communication and collaboration.
- Brings a proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Knowledge of contract management methodologies, aged care standards, and relevant legislation, with experience in aged care considered an advantage.
- Current NDIS Clearance that is suitable for working unsupervised in aged care/ with vulnerable groups.
- A current Australian driver’s licence (P2 or above) and a willingness to drive is essential
