ASX listed and delivering world-class performance, we have operational bases in Brisbane, Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide.What's the role on offer?Based onsite in our Head Office near Brisbane Airport, the Engineering Training Supervisor will be responsible for identifying, developing and delivering training requirements to ensure Alliance Airlines Services Engineering staff are qualified and compliant for their particular role.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Preparing and conducting internal training courses for targeted audiences.

Sourcing external training courses, venues and resources in line with company objectives. * Liaising with internal subject matter experts for course currency and development.

Drafting and updating manuals and training guides.
Maintaining company training records and equipment.
Keeping up to date with current trends and developments associated with the aviation industry.
Promoting and maintaining safety, security, OH&S and environmental compliance in line with Alliance Airlines standards and state law.

Who we are looking for:Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in aviation engineering training, with a passion for developing people and maintaining high compliance standards.You will bring the following:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent qualification in adult education)
Aircraft Maintenance Trade or CASA Part 66 Cat B licence
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to be inventive in designing and implementing training packages
Strong computing skills (Microsoft Office suite)
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise work commitments
Recent experience developing and delivering Engineering related training courses
Thorough understanding of CASR Parts 145 and 147
Experience with Learning Management Systems and Authoring Software
Experience with Embraer E190 and Fokker F70/100 (highly desirable)
