This is a standalone position to start, with the exciting potential to grow into a leadership role managing a team. You'll be working the early morning shift (5:30am – 2:30pm) Monday to Friday in a modern facility in Hendra, partnering closely with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Warehouse Management.The Client:
A National brand specialising in kitchen cabinets, homewares, door and cabinet handles and storage solutions. Located in Hendra and working in their state-of-the-art Warehouse.

You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will work in a standalone position to start in the Inbound team.Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Replenishment
- Opening the dock doors at 5:30am ready for first client deliveries to go out
- Accurate and timely receipting of inbound POs, transfer orders, and returns
- Report damages and discrepancies to relevant stakeholders
- Support regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Lead by example in all warehouse operations
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, WHS compliance, and collaboration
- Provide input on process improvements and cost-effective solutions
- Attend toolbox talks, WIP meetings, and report on hazards and incidents
- Forklift loading/unloading 2–3 trucks daily & one container fortnightly
- LO order picking up to 6 racks high
- High reach forklift operation
- Operating both High Reach forklift and LO Order Pickers to conduct picking, putaways and replenishment duties efficiently and accurately
- Picking products up to 1.5m in length
- Wrapping, strapping & palletising stock
- Trolley picking and general warehouse maintenance
- Matching and signing off delivery paperwork

To be successful in obtaining this role you must hold Valid LF Forklift License and will have the following experience:To thrive in this role, you’ll be a proactive and physically capable warehouse leader with:

- WMS / CRM experience such as NetSuite
- LF Forklift Licences (Valid)
- 2+ years’ experience in high reach forklift operation
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Previous inbound team lead or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of WHS, dispatch, and warehouse processes
- Experience with RF pick packing, palletising, and shrink-wrapping
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift items up to 20kg and work in a fast-paced environment
- Palletising stock experience
- Shrink wrapping (Both manual and machine operated)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent WHS knowledge
