
Trainee Practice Assistant

- Support Legal operatives, Practice Assistants, and Practice Executives within the firm.
- Develop administration skills and practice management capabilities under regular supervision.
- Learn how to utilise firm software programs and technology systems.
- Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, generating reports, expense management, document amendments and document management (including printing, filing and archiving) with supervision.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to matter financials, including supporting the monthly billing process: drafting and finalising billing narratives, as well as creating and amending bills.
- A basic level of skill and accuracy with software including Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organise and prioritise work.
- The ability to thrive in a team environment.
