We are looking for a professional and compassionate individual to join a mission driven organisation as an In-Home Medical Equipment Consultant. In this full time, permanent position, you will be a key player in supporting clients, delivering exceptional care and empowering them to successfully manage their sleep apnea treatment. This role offers a significant opportunity to improve quality of life for others by ensuring they are well supported, informed, and confident in their treatment plan.What You Will Be Doing In Your New Role:
  • Provide a premium in-home customer service to clients across ACT and Region.
  • Conduct assessments to identify optimal equipment based on individual client needs.
  • Offer continuous support, troubleshooting assistance, and follow up consultations.
  • Collaborate with health care providers to maintain seamless continuity of care for clients.
  • Maintain meticulous and comprehensive records and documentation for all client interactions.
What You Will Bring:
  • A genuine passion for making a meaningful difference.
  • A proactive approach, demonstrating self-leadership and personal accountability for success.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A current and valid Driver's Licence is mandatory for this field-based role.
  • Experience operating or managing medical equipment is highly regarded.
