For employees, this means working in a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow your career while making a meaningful impact every day.THE ROLEAs the Tenancy Program Manager - Housing, you will provide strong, visible leadership across a portfolio of housing teams. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you'll oversee tenancy services, support and coach team leaders, and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act. You'll also play a key role in managing escalated matters, including representation at VCAT, while embedding a culture of collaboration, accountability and service excellence.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Proven leadership experience, ideally managing through team leaders in a housing, tenancy, property management, or community services environment
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and experience in VCAT representation
Ability to develop, mentor and empower leaders to drive team capability and performance
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills
High levels of resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to trauma-informed practice
