Job Description:We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Asphalt Plant and Maintenance Operator to join our high-performing team in Shepparton. This role is critical to the smooth operation and maintenance of our asphalt plant, ensuring quality production and compliance with safety and operational standards. In this role, you'll operate plant and mobile equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot faults, manage raw materials and ensure accurate data entry.What You'll Bring

Experience in asphalt plant operations and mechanical maintenance
Relevant tickets for mobile plant operation (e.g., forklift, loader)
Strong understanding of batching software and Microsoft Office tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
