You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property. This is a part-time role, offering up to 20 hours per week.About the role:
  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors.
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property.
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules.
Hourly rates (excluding super)
Monday - Friday: $26.70 per hour
Saturday: $33.38 per hour
Sunday: $40.05 per hourQualificationsSuccessful applicants will have:
  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong time management skills.
  • An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays.
