Our client is a leading global organisation in the Supply Chain sector, they are looking for driven Team Leaders to join their AR Credit Team in Horsley Park.About the Role
With two exciting full-time permanent roles available
- Master Data Team Leader
- Collections Team Leader
- Supervising either the Collections arm (responsible for timely collection of client payments and order release), or the Master Data team (creating new customer accounts and maintaining the Oracle customer database)
- Providing hands-on support with overflow work as needed
- Working closely with colleagues responsible for allocations, reconciliation, and other AR administration functions
- Liaising with internal teams, including customer service and warehouse, to facilitate product release
- Reviewing difficult accounts and resolving escalated issues
To secure this opportunity you will have
- Solid experience in a Collections role / Accounts Receivable role at a Senior level
- Previous experience supervising/overseeing a team
- Ideally you have had experience within a high volume transactional environment
- You will have high computer literacy and Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Previous experience using Oracle or SAP is preferred
- You will be a customer focused person with good communication skills
