
Guest Service Agent - Part Time

- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
- Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
- Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
- Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
- Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
- Keep other members of front office team informed on guest feedback, requirements etc. during and on shift change
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities to increase the guest experience
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
- An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude individual
- Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including ability to build rapport both in person and over the telephone
- Self-motivated with positive and professional attitude
- Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays periods
