With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their expert team and contribute to the ongoing success of their projects.The Role

Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure
Manage the engineer team assisting setting out individual responsibilities, assistance with development and ensuring overall team performance
Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering structural and fitout components of a large multi-billion dollar development.
Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.

Experience/Qualifications Required

A stable track record of delivering projects in commercial construction in a management role (minimum of 5 years)
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 2 major project environment
Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
Experience In education, defence, retail, mulitres and industrial all highly regarded
Strong tenure is a must
