- Lead delivery of major trade packages
- Plan & coordinate short & medium term programme
- Attend site inspections and ensure required quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure works are sequenced to comply with design
- Adhere to good building practise principles and eliminate need for defect retifications
- Ensure sub-contractors adhere to company systems and procedures
- Ensure all quality checklists are completed incl all certifications and ITPs required.
- Coordinate with consultants and suppliers in accordance with contract
- Identify and raise potential project risks and issues
- Support/assist in progress reports and cost reports
- Assist in cost planning and tracking
- Assist the commercial team in processing variations, EoTs, and relevent sub-contractor claims.
- BSc Construction Management, or relevant tertiary Engineering qualification
- Minimum of 7 years experience in commercial building in Australia
- Previous experience in a similar position in WA.
- Experience with large commercial trade packages such as structures or facade
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
