THE OPPORTUNITYStratco’s manufacturing facility is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Production Team Member to join their operations team to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.This is permanent, full-time opportunity, 7:30am - 3:30pm shift.RESPONSIBILITIES

Manufacturing goods to our customers' requirements
Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines and general sheet metal equipment
Picking and packing products
Interpreting product drawings
Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

Essential - Strong mechanical aptitude
Desirable - At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
Ability to interpret product drawings
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Commitment to producing quality products
Basic computer skills
Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
