- Mentor and supervise junior staff, offering guidance and training.
- Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes.
- Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.
- Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred.
