Our software simplifies job scheduling, quoting, and invoicing for trade, construction, and service businesses. The product’s strong. The market’s hot. And now we need someone who can take new customers from signed to successful.This is not a button-pushing role.
It’s consultative. Hands-on. Outcome-driven.
You’ll be the face of Loop Logics post-sale, leading every implementation, shaping processes, and solving real-world problems for builders and contractors who finally want their systems to work for them.Why This Role?$80K–$90K base + performance bonusFlexible work setup – Gold Coast preferred, but open to Brisbane, Sydney or remote for the right candidateReport directly to a Head of Customer Success who’s been in your shoes and gets itFull autonomy in how you run projects, within a business that backs your decisionsRoom to grow – your scope will evolve as we scaleJoin a team that’s actually down to earth, with a genuine mission to help hardworking businesses thriveWhat You’ll Be Doing:Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through to go-live and early adoptionRun workshops, map workflows, and help customers align their processes with our platformOwn implementation timelines, milestones, and success metricsTrain users, configure the platform, and guide them through the best-practice setupAnswer support queries and guide customers through early-stage troubleshootingCollaborate with Product and Success to improve our internal processesHelp shape the onboarding engine as we scaleWho You Are:You’ve got 2+ years of SaaS onboarding or implementation experience, ideally in construction, job management, or project-based softwareOr you’ve been in the construction space and transitioned into SaaS onboardingYou’re a confident communicator who can guide business owners through changeYou’re structured, methodical, and thrive when running multiple projectsYou don’t need a rulebook—you know how to ask the right questions and recommend better ways of doing thingsBonus points for data migration, support experience, or process documentationWhat You’ll Walk Into:A growing startup where your voice matters and your work has clear impactA chance to take full ownership of implementation, and evolve into CS, technical, or leadership paths over timeA supportive leadership team that trusts you and lets you runFlexibility to work how you work best—ideally from the Gold Coast or Brisbane, but remote for the right personIf you’ve onboarded construction SaaS customers and want to do it somewhere you’ll be trusted, heard, and appreciated—this is that role.
