Remote Data Entry Specialist - Credit Applications

- Input customer information from credit applications into Salesforce CRM with high accuracy
- Review applications for completeness and flag missing information
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Process applications in a timely manner to meet departmental deadlines
- Communicate with team members regarding application status and issues
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Previous data entry or administrative experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- This is an in-person, non-remote position
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
