As one of the first educators on board, you will have a rare chance to leave your mark on a truly bespoke, high-end educational approach and play a crucial role in bringing our unique vision to life.The Role and Your ImpactAs the Lead Educator in the toddler room, you'll be a key member of our founding team, responsible for shaping the educational programs and nurturing our first cohort of children. This role offers a unique level of ownership and influence you won't find in an established center.Your key responsibilities will include:

Pioneering a positive learning environment and helping to establish the center's reputation for quality care.
Collaborating directly with leadership to implement and refine educational initiatives.
Building strong relationships with founding families and colleagues.
Contributing your expertise to create engaging, individualized learning plans.
Developing and implementing high-quality, stimulating educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Facilitating play-based learning experiences that are responsive to each child's interests, strengths, and abilities.
Observing and documenting children's developmental progress.
Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety within the center.

Qualifications and SkillsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
A valid Working with Children Check.
A solid understanding and practical experience with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship is not available).
