- Oversee contractor compliance, tenancy inspections, and car park operations
- Maintain emergency equipment and conduct safety audits
- Process CCTV requests and manage documentation
- Handle filing, compliance monitoring, and liability management
- Provide reception support and administrative assistance
- Support Accounts Payable/Receivable processes
- Assist Marketing, Operations, and Centre Management teams
- Ability to manage difficult situations with customers, retailers, contractors
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Basic financial accounting/book keeping
- Able to deal with irate customers and retailers and belligerent contractors
