Are you a skilled Management Accountant seeking an opportunity to make a difference in the education sector? We are currently recruiting for two Management Accountants to join our education client's team for a 12-month fixed-term appointment. The successful candidate will have access to hybrid working options, opportunities for training, development and professional growth as well as other great incentives.In this role, you will play a key part in our client's Research and Revenue Business Partnering team. Working under a Business Partnering model and reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will have direct involvement in providing financial support to researchers and project managers throughout various stages of projects.Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert financial advice and support to researchers and project managers
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tasks to ensure effective management of research grants and contracts
Generate reports, analyse data and trends, and make strategic recommendations to support decision-making processes
Maintain financial operational systems and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

A degree in finance/accounting or a relevant discipline, along with CPA/CA qualification or progress towards it
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively
Strong organizational abilities, including prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines consistently
Previous experience in providing financial support in a client-facing environment
Advanced numerical, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
SAP experience (desirable)
